My biggest frustration with autoimmune is the limits it placed on my life. I'm the person who when told, "you can't do that," I say, "oh yeah? watch me!" And of all the limits autoimmune places on me, food limits are the worst. I'm gonna be honest: I love food. I don't want to eat grilled chicken and kale salad everyday. So my passion is cooking food that is (1) not inflammatory (2) is fast and easy to prepare without lots of complicated ingredients and (3) crazy delicious. So welcome to my page where I curate and create delicious food that is autoimmune friendly. While you may have food limits, my goal is that you won't suffer from taste limitations. And you will find that this website and my social media pages go way beyond food. I am dedicated to sharing everything I have learned about radical health restoration in the last three years from faith to food to functional medicine to biohacking.
